Email Christie Peralta (cperal23@uw.edu) for up to date information.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;-<\/p>\n<p>(Adopted on 8\/14\/06 by the faculty of Electrical Engineering)<\/p>\n<p>The Electrical Engineering Executive Committee (EEExcom) shall act as the \u201cadvisory appointment committee\u201d [Section 24-52, UW Faculty Code] for the following non-voting faculty titles ONLY: adjunct faculty, affiliate faculty, teaching associates, visiting faculty, visiting scholars, research associates, and part-time faculty. The voting faculty as a whole shall continue to serve as the \u201cadvisory appointment committee\u201d for all voting faculty appointments, in particular tenure-line, WOT, and research faculty positi<em>ons.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>[Note: There expectation is that the Executive Committee will consult with the overall faculty for adjunct &amp; affiliate appointments and for any other appointments that the committee deems to be potentially controversial.]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Webpage under construction!
