However, you must have a social security card first in order to do so. Tax treaty forms should be filled out via <a href=\"https:\/\/www.online-tax.net\/\">Glacier<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>How to Claim A Tax Treaty Exemption<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>If applicable, obtain a <a href=\"https:\/\/peden.ece.uw.edu\/payroll-ops\/ssn\/\">social security card<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Access <a href=\"https:\/\/www.online-tax.net\/\">Glacier<\/a> via this link: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.online-tax.net\/\">https:\/\/www.online-tax.net\/<\/a><\/li>\n<li>If you do not have access to Glacier, please contact the <a href=\"mailto:payroll@ece.uw.edu\">payroll coordinator<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Fill out the Glacier forms online.\u00a0Here is a <a href=\"https:\/\/peden.ece.uw.edu\/payroll-ops\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2023\/04\/GlacierEmployeeGuide.docx\">cheat sheet<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Once completed, print out the forms (do not print on both sides; only single sided), sign the forms, then submit the signed forms to the the UW payroll office (box 359555)<\/li>\n<li>If you are unable to go to the UW tower, or use campus mail, please contact\u00a0the <a href=\"mailto:payroll@ece.uw.edu\">payroll coordinator<\/a> for help.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Webpage under construction!
